First contact with your construction consultant
From the first contact we take into account what you want. At your custom home builder, at our office, in the subdivision, in an already finished house, by telephone or by e-mail: however you wish your information, you will receive it from us. In the first phase you can contact our construction advisor for all your questions.
We find out together what your wishes and expectations are. We discuss the construction plans of the houses in the allotment and the specifications. We also give you an insight into the costs and the influence of certain choices on the price. We are open to all your (technical) questions.
Tailored to the customer
Is there a free choice of architecture?
If the subdivision permits and the houses have not yet been licensed, you will design a tailor-made plan together with the construction consultant, within the predetermined budget.
You choose the architectural style, layouts and so on. As a buyer of a two-family house, you can therefore help decide on the architecture and the desired layout is further fine-tuned.
Has the plan already been predetermined?

All orders arranged for you
After you have made all the choices for the finishing of your custom home builder, you go through them together with the customer advisor. You go through all technical aspects, such as electricity, sanitary pipes, heating, and more.
The customer advisor arranges all orders for you, follows them up and passes everything on to the site manager. The site manager is always kept informed of all your choices via an automated system.
Follow-up of the construction process
In collaboration with the Zbranek & Holt Custom Homes construction team, the site manager monitors the construction process up to completion.
As a customer you can always contact the site manager directly. He/she is your point of contact at the site. At your request, you will be kept informed of every step in the construction of your home.
Handing over the site key
You will receive a site key as soon as your home is wind and waterproof. This way you are always free to visit your custom home builder in Austin.
You can also request a site visit from the site manager. He/she will then give you more information on the spot about the work performed or planned.
It's almost time!
The (provisional) delivery is coming.
One month before provisional delivery and within the agreed period, we will notify you in writing.
Because you previously received a site key for your Austin custom home builder, you can always visit your custom home. During this last month, we recommend that you come by several times to pass on any questions, comments or adjustments to the site manager. He/she will do everything to finish your house down to the last detail.

The (provisional) delivery
You have been looking forward to this for months, the agreed work has been carried out and the house can be delivered. You can contact your contact person of our after-sales service for:
A total check (by means of a tour) of the agreed and executed works, to check whether the house has been delivered as agreed and cleaned by brush.
All questions and comments you still have after you move.
Final delivery
Final delivery takes place at least 1 year after provisional delivery. Then the house has gone through a full winter and any defects have certainly become visible. Within this period, all comments must also be resolved after provisional acceptance.
Of course you will enjoy the 10-year liability law after this final delivery. For further questions about this, you can always contact your contact person at the after-sales service.
